Our office will file insurance claims. Claims unpaid by your insurance company are your responsibility and are due at the time of service. Please ensure you provide a current copy of your insurance card. Our office does reserve the right to discontinue and/or refuse to file claims. All insurances reimbursement rates are different. Each client should contact their insurance company to determine their rate of reimbursement.

Self-pay clients are welcome. Payment is due at the time of service.
